Congressman Eric Swalwell, 41, is serving his fifth term representing California’s 14th Congressional District, in the East Bay. He is the only member of Congress simultaneously serving on the House Intelligence Committee, the House Judiciary Committee, and the House Homeland Security Committee – a unique status he’s using to expose and eliminate the danger of white nationalist extremism.

He also is a leader in his caucus, co-chairing the Democratic Steering and Policy Committee, which helps set House Democrats’ policy agenda. And he is founder and chairman emeritus of Future Forum, a group of more than 50 young House Democrats focused upon listening to and acting upon the needs of millennials, America’s largest, best-educated and most diverse generation. He and his wife, Brittany, have three children, Nelson, Cricket and Hank.
